About Me:: Hi! I'm a 27 year old jewelry designer from New Jersey. By day I work in insurance but at night I'm busy working on jewelry. I love everything from beads to metalsmithing to enameling. I started making jewelry a few years ago because I wanted to have something to wear with all my office outfits. Eventually my hobby turned into an obsession and now I own boxes of beads, sheets of metal and tons of tools! There's no better feeling than seeing someone wear my jewelry!

At 10:20pm on March 11th, 2008, Vintage Blue Studio said…: I prepare copper sheet metal and use enamel powders. I think use a torch instead of my kiln to fire it. Firing with a torch is so much more fun because you get an instant gratification and the results are always a surprise! The metal tube thing I believe is by Pinzart. My fiance played with that for awhile but got bored. You can check out Delphi Glass for info and supplies. Hope that helps!
