I just did a search on Etsy for "Nine West" shoes and they're ALL OVER! Nine West wasn't a brand until December 31 1991 meaning even it's first shoes are NOT vintage (ie 20+ years.) I flagged a few but we'll see if anything happens or not.

I got so sick of ironing and setting up the fabric I use for my photo backgrounds, I made myself this upholstered thingy. It only took a couple of afternoons to get all the shopping done and the thing put together, and I was able to have it ready to go. I also got a new camera and after I figure that thing out, I'll be ready to role with all the new stuff I got in MN.

I'm heading back to the mother land to spend some time with my Granny and Gramps and enjoy the fresh lake air! I'm hoping to hit-up some estate sale and thrift stores while I'm there - The Bay Area is so over priced and picked over. I know I'll find some awesome stuff.

So I have a bit of an obsession with Christmas. It was always a fun and cozy time in my home growing up and I like to keep that tradition going for my friends and family.

I use a program called "FileMaker Pro" to track my spending sales. The program let's you create what in technical lingo is called a "Relational Data Base" which in plain-talk means that it allows you to work with your items similar to a card catalog at the library - you can search, do calculations, and even have fields that have drop downs so your data entry is WAY faster and more accurate than say Excel.
